Payment & Booking Terms
Booking & Reservation
- A minimum depositof PKR250,000 per person is required atthe time of booking to reserve your spot.
- Balance payment must be made at least 25 days before departure.
- Booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Cancellation Policy
- PKR 25,000 per person is non-refundable in case of cancellation after booking.
- 50% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled 15–24 days before departure.
- 100% cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 14 days of departure or in case of No Show and OFF LOAD.
Visa & Documentation
- Visa processing isincluded as perthe itinerary.However, visa approval is atthe discretion of the respective embassies.
- In case of visa rejection, only the refundable portionofthe package will be returned after deducting visa fees and other applicable charges.
- Any additional documentation required by the embassy must be provided by the client.
Flight & Hotel
- Airfare and hotel bookings are based on economy class and twin/double sharing respectively.
- Any change in airfare or availability atthe time offinal bookingmay affect the total package cost.
